It just seems so right ...

I'm going to keep this short since I'm still feeling a bit under the weather and I have to get Cole to bed.

Book #7 - Charmed to Death by Shirley Damsgaard - The 2nd in the Ophelia and Abby series finds Ophelia hunting down a serial killer while exploring her newly embraced powers. As with the 1st in the series, I found this to be quick and easy on my brain. The killer might have been a bit obvious but that's what I as looking for. You know, because my brain is all fogged up and medicine-y.

I'm not really looking forward to work tomorrow.

FYI, I ended up reading (as shown by the above) and watching Doctor Who. Everything else fell by the wayside. I'm glad I finally broke down and bought season 2 of DW. I'm mightily tempted by season 3. It's just so damn expensive. *sigh*

I'm done.

I watched Bourne last night. Wow. That's a pretty awesome movie.

I tried watching Extras once and I couldn't understand a single word they said.
Seriously.

OK, a little off subject. Your choice of music for these posts rocks.
And I don't know if it's an accomplishment or just sad that I have seen enough UK TV myself to actually understand what's being said in an episode of Extras.

As for the music, thank you. I *ahem* borrowed most of my music from friends. In fact [livejournal.com profile] iron_knife (up above) was the one that got me hooked on most of these bands. He's really good at following when new albums come out.

I love Doctor Who and can totally follow what's being said while watching it, but any other British TV show totally throws me. My best friend made me watch the UK Office and I seriously sat there an entire episode without understanding anything. It was sad.

Yeah, I actually watched old school Doctor Who when I was a kid on PBS. I didn't really stop there. I was watching the Britcoms ... and Monty Python. I have gotten to the point where I scour the internet to see if any interesting UK TVs are being posted.
OMG, I was in heaven when BBC America was launched.
Mind you, it's just one aspect of media I am attracted to. I haven't even mentioned the South Korean romantic comedies that have recently attracted me - among other things.

lol! I was watching Hex on BBC America for a while and then I got distracted and forgot it was on and I missed a few eps and I suddenly had no stinking idea what was going on.

I picked up Doctor Who when they restarted it back in 2005 (I think that's when it was on. The one with Christopher Eccleston.) and I love it. :)
