Book #81 - Dragonsdawn by Anne McCaffrey - This book tells the story of how Pern was colonized. If I'm doing my math correctly, this takes place roughly 2500 years before the set of Pern books I just read. It's seriously awesome how all these little elements that are hinted at in the first set of books are shown here and twisted about a bit. Lovely. Oh, I've read these books out of order at this point. I wasn't ready to face plague and mass death in the Moreta era. But those are coming. Soon.

My mom and I were talking about what we need to get done before the move today. We've now sold the china cabinet. Yay! And yet we have so much more to do.
