Things I forgot to mention earlier in the week:
1. At the end of the day at work we tally up all the bags of money that we sell to the vault and balance it out. One day this last week I was missing one of the log sheets that tell me how much money was sold. Somehow I managed to say (in a very loud voice just as everyone went dead quiet in the bank) "I can't find Patrick's sheet." Since we have 2 Patricks that work there I was asked which one. My reply? "The one with the big thing." There was that awkward moment of silence before everyone started laughing. Me, "No! I didn't mean it that way! I meant the one that sold the big bag! Dammit! I handed that one to you!" I, naturally, turned neon red and slunk away to my desk until I was no longer glowing with embarrassment. In hindsight, it was hilarious!

2. Cole has voluntarily agreed to enter the Science Fair at school. I'm impressed with that. He's testing different batteries (both sizes and brands) to see which last the longest. Thus far, Energizer is not winning out.

3. We have the fam over for the Super Bowl. I, of course, am tucked away in my room watching the "Scooby Bowl" on the Cartoon Network with Cole. Say what you will, I'm enjoying it.

4. I cleaned my room. *gasp* It had reached epically messy proportions. Blah blah Frodo's quest for the Ring blah. Yeah, my room gets messy fairly frequently. I can't wait until my mom and I move into our new place and I have a walk-in closet and Cole has his own room. Maybe that'll mean that I'll just have two rooms to clean but I'm still looking forward to it with a fiery passion.

And that's it. :)

ETA: Book #19 - Heroes, Gods, and Monsters of the Greek Myths by Bernard Evslin - This was a pretty good retelling of the old myths, but it was just that - a retelling. There was no story weaving the myths together. No Xena-like warrior bringing them all to life. Still I enjoying becoming reacquainted with stories I hadn't heard for years. :)

I was watching "Pride and Prejudice" in HD on my PC during the super bowl.
I merely waited until my brother called me out for the last minute or so of the game.
I hate US football, but I do have to give that game it's due respect tonight. The underdog beat the team that had never lost a game this season. THAT was fun to watch Patriots lose. Na na na na NA na!

And I won't judge you over the *snicker* "big thing" *snicker* comment. Because, it was taken .. HA! ... I'm sorry .. it was taken out of context and .. Mua ha ha ... sorry ... LOL! ROFL!

*headdesk* I totally handed that to everyone. It was mortifying because now they won't let me forget it. :P
