Umm, yeah. I manged to finish my book. I had less than 100 pages. That's a piece of cake. Word!

Book #5 - Seduced by Crimson by Jade Lee - The 5th in the Crimson City series. I was not impressed by the beginning of this book. The characters were supposed to be in their 20's (one was a professor at a university and the other had dropped out of grad school) but the feeling I got was that they were teenagers. Annoying high school teenagers. They did get better but the beginning sort of threw me off. That seems to be happening quite a bit lately. Weird. Anyway. The veil between earth and the demon world has been opened and it's up to a Druid leader and a girl with very special blood to close it. For the record, they have some sex. There was no boning like bunnies or screwing like jackrabbits, they just had some sex. You know, in case you're keeping track.

Good grief, where do you find the time? I am only halfway through book 1 of the year.

I've been tending toward the easier reads. The light and sometimes frothy ones. Kinda like a latte.
