Who taught you to march?

I wasn't feeling too great yesterday so I went to bed before Cole. On a Friday night. *face palm* It makes me feel old when I do stuff like that. My nose is still stuffed up today, but I took a really long, wonderfully luxurious nap and now I feel slightly more human. I also had this burning urge (I can hear iron_knife thinking to himself that they have creams for that now-a-days. pfft.) to watch some episodes of The X-Files (omg! If I type a freaking 'z' in place of an 'x' one more freaking time I'm going to scream. Primally. Yeah, that's right, I'm going to go all Yoko Ono here.). So I watched Firewalker from season 2. I actually wanted to watch Aubrey because freaky BJ *snerf* with her freaky finger writing and her freaky rash are made of the awesome. Oh, why didn't I watch the episode I actually wanted to watch? Because I figured that I sleep through it. And I was right. I slept through the last 15 minutes of the episode. Rock on, awesome nap!

Since I didn't get online yesterday ... Book #79 - Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer - Re-read. Awesome. I ultimately decided to go with something light to read since nothing else was grabbing me. Now, I'm reading the sequel. And since I had my hair appointment today (which gives me plenty of time to read while my hair is setting or whatever it does) I'll be done with that very shortly.

I feel like I'm at loose ends. I have vacation in two weeks and I'm working my ASS OFF to make sure that every thing's ready for that. But all this ass working is leaving me with not so much energy on the weekend. Plus, there's that whole not feeling well thing. Blah.

I have to write my fic for that challenge I entered. I haven't started. It's due next week. I'm fairly sure I can get it done. What do you think that says about the quality of my writing? Don't answer that.

I'm done now. And my nose is running. AGAIN. Grrrrr.

Cole and I watched Aubrey today. Very good ep.
There are a couple of other eps that are calling to me (and some are in the 6th season) but I'm actually watching season 2 of Lost right now because I can set it to "play all" and just let it play without having to click the play episode button for each new episode.

See? Now that's pure genius. Or pure laziness. I'm not sure which.
