At some point last night I realized that I haven't been reporting the latest books I've read (all of which tie into resolution #2 - Read more). So, here they are.

#14 (of 50) - To Ride Pegasus by Anne McCaffrey - This is the first book in my all-time favorite Anne McCaffrey series. The book is divided into 4 sections which I think began as individual short stories and grew into this lovely, huge world.
#15 (of 50) - The Spiderwick Chronicles: Book 1 The Field Guide by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black - A sometimes creepy young reader series that focuses on the 3 Grace siblings and the finding of a book that details all the magical creatures in the world.
#16 (of 50) - The Spiderwick Chronicles: Book 2 The Seeing Stone by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black - The second book finds the kids facing nasty goblins and sneaky trolls while trying to fit in to their new home and school.
ETA:
#17 (of 50) - The Spiderwick Chronicles: Book 3 Lucinda's Secret by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black - The Grace children begin putting more of the pieces of The Field Guide's puzzle together and receive an ominous warning about staying in the house.
#18 (of 50) - The Spiderwick Chronicles: Book 4 The Ironwood Tree by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black - Mallory gets kidnapped by dwarves and the twins have to work together to free her. One more book to go in the series!
End Edit

I have three more books one more book in the Spiderwick series and then I'm going to re-read the rest of the Anne McCaffrey series. Woot! I have a plan.

I've had the Star Wars movies on all day. I slept through parts of episodes 4 and 5 (or maybe it was eps 5 and 6, I'm a little fuzzy on that), but I'm having such a good time watching them. I love that when you watch them on HBO one movie ends and the next one starts right up. Awesome!

I also realized that I have a week of vacation coming up after Easter (which is right around the freaking corner) and I DON'T WANT TO STAY HOME THIS TIME!!! So, I must find something for myself and Cole to do for the week (or not even the entire week, but at least part of it) so that we're not sitting around thinking about how bored we are. I'm kinda aiming for something not too expensive (in other words, no flying and/or Disneyland [although D-land sounds FUN]) but still away from the house for a couple of nights.

Whew! That was a load to type. A.Load.
And I'm out!
