Funny work story (for once)

Oksy. So yesterday sucked. It was just a kick ass day. Not a good kick ass, but a bad kick you when you're down ass. However, there was one extremely funny thing that happened. This old man comes in and wants me to cash his check. I ask for ID, he tells me that everyone here knows him. I ask him if he knows me ... pause for a moment and then he says, "No. Good point." Whoo-hoo! Score one for Kelly! Then he asks me to guess his age. Surreal. I'm only off by about 32 years. The he asks me if I'm from Vietnam. -pause- No, I'm not from Vietnam. Taiwan? No. China? Dude, I'm pretty sure I'm not from any of the Asian countries. Besides which I look like a typical European girl. What does a European girl look like? you ask. Me! I look like a European girl. Damn.

In a nutshell, I'm not from any Asian countries. Small or otherwise.

I don't know what I'm saying anymore. I'd like to point out, however, that Veronica Mars rocked. I agree with jenahna that Aly Hannigan was so-so. I did enjoy her throw-up banter with Logan at the end, but other than that ... nothing. Logan and Veronica? I still love them. I loved when she was comforting him. I loved when he was trying to get away from her when she was trying to get his keys away from him while he wasn't wearing any pants. What? That was a kinda convoluted sentence. Still ... I [heart] Logan and Veronica!

And tonight ... Lost, Lost, Lost!
