For anyone who has a massively overactive imagination ... you know, one that dreams up strange stories, thinks they can write a screenplay, imagines how the opening scene of said screenplay would play out ... don't ... I repeat DO.NOT. ... watch The Grudge right before you go to bed. Especially with the lights out. Especially if you have to go to the bathroom before you go to bed. Especially if you have to run back from the bathroom because you're freaked out that the creepy stair-crawler is twitching her way down the hall behind you. Yeah. Not that I didn't enjoy the movie. I most definietly did. I just ended up sleeping with the TV on for a few hours because I didn't want to be alone in the dark in my room. Plus I had to cuddle up to Cole to keep the bad guys away. Hey! Don't judge. It totally works.

There's my public service announcement for the day.

In other news ... I have some great, grand, awesome ideas for the book. Wait. For the first book. Let's be clear about this. After all, I'm going to write many, many books.

Ta.

Yay for great new ideas for a book. Or many books. Excellent.
I watched "Shaun of the Dead" last night before bed and didn't have any bad dreams. Oh yeah - BECAUSE IT WASN'T SCARY! What were you thinking? tsk tsk Oh and I did like the movie a lot. It was funny - but I did have to cover my eyes towards the end for the huge ICK factor :)

Shaun of the Dead had some really great moments. One of my favorites is Shaun's complete lack of knowledge of anything being wrong as he's walking down the street amongst the shambling zombies. And when he's in the convienence store. Ha! Oh, that made me laugh.

In conclusion, Shaun of the Dead was FUN! The Grudge - SCARY!

Silly girl. I love the Scream movies, but I won't watch them at night - which is when I usually think about watching LOL because I KNOW I'll be scared when I go to bed. Hence my lovely dvds sit there unopened because I don't want to have to go to the bathroom in the dark, think I see the mask in the mirror, and then run into my room and jump on my bed because I know that not only is something behind me but under the bed ready to grab my feet.
Have I grown up yet?
NO!

I'm funny because once I've seen a scary movie I can totally watch it again. Anytime. Alone. With people. It doesn't matter. I'm really only scared by it the first time. The only movie that doesn't work with is The Ring. That movie creeps me out. Signs scared me the second time I saw it, but not in that same hide behind your fingers because you know somehting scary's about to happen way. Does that make sense?

I LOVE Signs!
But I have yet to see The Ring.

Whatever you do, don't watch The Ring alone, in the dark. It's scary.

So noted.

Wow, you are so brave. The trailers for the Grudge freak me out let alone the whole movie right before bed. I watched the Exorcist before bed once and it was my first viewing of it. BAD IDEA.

Good luck on the story. :)

Even though I'd seen a bunch of the creepy scenes in the trailer they still made me cower under the covers when they happened. I'm such a dork.

i'd like to blame 'the grudge' last night for my dream about zombies. true story. and i do believe it was my first ever dream about zombies. and it was cool!

I was having weird dreams last night, also. Plus, I kept waking up and scooting inot the middle of the bed. To the point where I had to keep moving Cole over. heh. Good movie, though.

1. that she loves him
2. that she missed him
3. that she loved "that teabag thing"
4. that she hopes everything turns out ok
5. that she fears the separatists will win the war

I heard that she loves tossing salads. That might have been what she said. Let me get back to you on that.
