I just got home from watching Baby Ryan while Amb and Phil went to a school district meeting. *whimper* I had forgotten what a handful a nearly mobile baby can be. The little guy literally needs to be corralled or he's gone like a flash. I can't believe I agreed to watch him all day next weekend. *whimpers harder* I might be ending my night with a bottle of something alcoholic while rocking incoherently on the floor. There will be drool. And slurred, creative cursing. Maybe I'll even watch some wonderfully bloody horror movies.

And maybe I won't.

Book #22 - Pale Demon (Rachel Morgan/The Hollows #9) by Kim Harrison - The best of the bunch so far, IMO. It was just fantastic and fun and sooooo much stuff happens that advances the overall plot. I am beyond excited that I got approved to review it before its release date. Beyond excited. See --> *\o/* <-- Do you see that excitement?
Book #23 - My Soul to Steal (Soul Screamers #4) by Rachel Vincent - I am ridiculously in love with Rachel Vincent's writing style. It's so approachable and well-plotted and .... I should just marry it, shouldn't I?

Uggh. I had things that weren't book related to talk about today. You know, just to mix things up a little. However, my time with the screaming, unhappy baby has made all my thoughts fall out of my head. That is so sad.
