It was horrifying ...

It was so crazy windy last night that one of my pumpkins escaped my porch and rolled on down to the neighbors. I was hunting it down in the rain. In my orange plaid pajamas that were rolled up above my knees. Yes, I was an awesome sight. One that should never be repeated but probably will be.

Since the storm has now passed I may have to head out and run some errands. Old Navy has a bunch of cute clothes on sale for $15. Plus, I need to buy some umbrellas. The ones we have from last year? Not doing so well.

FYI, I've begun fulfilling my promise to myself and everyone else to put reviews up at blabapalooza this month. Yesterday I managed two. I think I could have done another one, but I didn't want to overwhelm the masses. I do have another two to put up today. If I can find the time and ... wow, that train of thought derailed. That's what happens when I'm talking on the phone while typing. Discussions about wet suits and turkey legs don't mix well with talk about movie reviews. Go figure.

One more small thing, the empty field next to my house is a LAKE. Lots and lots of water. Awesome.
