Not much to say here - Cole lost his first tooth last night and the Tooth Fairy came a-visitin'. I'd post a picture of his adorable smile, but Amb absconded with the digital camera. Why did she take it? Beats me. She just showed up this morning, looked at Cole's gap and left with the camera in her hand. What a brat. I think we'll get it back this weekend, though, because she mentioned something about coming back to borrow some of our luggage. Apparently Phil and she (collectively know as Ambil, as you'll recall) are going to Chicago over Thanksgiving. I only have one thing to say to that - if we're having gibblet stuffing again this year I wish I was going to Chicago.

Okay, I have a secret. Shhhh. No telling. Heather and I are going to Best Buy this weekend to buy my mom a new TV. I had been planning on getting a new one for the living room anyway, I was just going to wait until after Christmas, however since it's now taking upwards of 20 minutes for the TV to "warm up" enough to actually see the picture we're going tomorrow. I think that means I have to clean out the trunk of my car. It would really suck to buy the new TV and then have no way to get it home because there's too damn much crap in the back of my car. So, I shall clean. I shall buy. We shall rejoice.

I think I'm going to try to make a new layout for Soulswallo this weekend. It's going to be another LOST one *squeeLOSTsquee*. More than likely it will feature Sawyer in some way, shape or form. We'll see what I can come up with.

Time to work!

Word to the TV Shopper: make sure the back of your car is also cleaned out, just in case. The TV's come in very big boxes and trunks don't always do it. It does depend on what size you get, but you may have to stick in the backseat anyway! Be prepared.

However that is a wonderful gift for your mom. Perhaps you can attach a scrubber with a note of thanks :) Like a bow.

Alex had a "I'm not going to school today!" day. Didn't get up until 8:00am, and we leave by 8:15 usually. He was late to school. I was pissed. And he left the house without brushing his teeth, because that was the only way I could get his grumpy bones out of bed. On the bright side, I'm thinking with breath that rank, perhaps all of the kids that supposedly "start it" or "he's the one that was talking not me!" will just steer clear.
[Hehe that was a funny post 'bout my kid, perhaps I'll copy/paste that into my own journal since I'm unlikely to repeat the cleverness]

Pics with kids and big gaps are the bestest evah!

But I have two carseats in the back of my car! *moment of blind panic* Maybe we'll have to take two cars! *begins to calm down*
Okay. Everything's cool.

All will be well.
Go with the un-environment-friendly plan with the 2 cars. Yes - be a true American.

kel, why are you worrying? you don't even have a trunk, you have 'cargo space' you should be fine

I was more worried about all the crap I have in the "cargo space". I think that I finally got rid of the crown that was vomiting sliver glitter all over the trunk, but that had been back there for ages. Frankly, I'm a little afraid to find out what's buried in the nooks and crannies.
