Nekkid Clark lasted until the opening credits started rolling, then I switched to Lost. Soooo ... I missed the first couple of minutes of Lost and the bulk of Smallville, but I did tape both so I can watch them later. Lost looks likes it could be quite delicious. Matthew Fox ... yummers. It was kinda a who's who of minor characters ... Tess from Roswell, one of the guys from the X-Files, I can't even remember all the other ones. It did, however, make me laugh that I could point out all those random people.

Now, I have a bit of a dilemna ... Dark Tower VII (the last and hopefully best book in the Dark Tower series) came out on Tuesday. Do I buy it now or wait until my birthday? I'm seriously tempted to buy it now. I want to know how it ends. I want to know. I need to know.

Anyway. Today is probably the slowest day we've had here at the bank in a while. I'm doing nothing. Nothing. I've checked all my numbers (yes, I'm looking good!), checked all our odd little reports that I check from time to time. This is just a weird time of the month at the bank ... I can't start any new projects until the beginning of the next quarter and I'm pretty much done with al the things I can do for this quarter. Grr. I need something to do. Ooh! maybe I'll call my bank pals and gossip with them!

Yay for another Lost fan!!! Which guy was on the XFiles though?! I recognized Tess of course. And naturally Kendall ;)

I have read the Dark Tower series - but I'm not sure where I left off. I think the last one I read was on the train..the really fast one..like book 4 or something. But it's been at least 10 years.

Book 4 was the loooooongest book evah! So, you must have read the third, which is a personal favorite of mine. Seriously ... you should get back into the series. It's so amazing and gorgeous to read.

Oh, and Kendall was the guy from X-Files. I can't remember his role, but that was him. He was also on Earth 2. Of course, I (and my sister) might be the only person (people) who ever watched that show, but he ws on it. He was crazy in E2. Really crazy. *sigh* That was a good show.

ahh well Terry O'Quinn has a recurring role on Alias as Kendall. I wasn't surprised that JJ would cast him in another show :)
