I'm pretty certain that I'm not going to have time to journal tomorrow since I have to open the branch PLUS stay for a meeting after work. Friday meetings suck ass. Ass. It's not pretty.

In other news, work hasn't been half bad lately. Despite my bitching about Friday night meetings. :)

In even other news, I could potentially finish my iPod project this weekend. That would be ... faster than I was expecting. I honestly thought it would take me well into Decemeber to listen to all my songs. Huh. It just goes to show you what wonderous feats I can accomplish when I put my mind to it. And when I make frighteningly OCD playlists so that every single song I listen to will be from the month of June ONLY! Yes, I am sometimes scary. Randomly, I've listened to almost half of my total songs in the last two weeks. That's a lot of music. That's a lot of time dedicated to listening to music.

Oh, and Cole is feeling much, much better. Thank all major and minor deities.

I have a random BSG question to ask. When one skin-job Cylon cuts her hair do all the skin-jobs of that model have the sudden urge to trim as well? I mean, all the Sharons have the same cut. I know this sounds like I'm being a smart-ass, but I was just curious as to whether that's been addressed in any way. Yes, I know it would be a pain to have 50 different wigs for Grace Park, but doesn't anybody question why they all have the same hair???? Anybody?

As you can probably tell, I have a lot of time to ponder odd fandom thoughts on my way to and from work. Too much time, as the case may be.

I'm off.

well i'm glad this journal didn't go into, er another direction.

anyway. how do you not know that maybe the "BSG-great clips" hair dresser is not a, what do you call em, 'skin job'? makes sense? so he would know like right away that he's got to do some trimmin on a new toaster that might be going for a new summer look with longer bangs. wait. aren't you changing your hair?

you're a cylon.

I completely deny being a Cylon. Make sure you capitalize that, by the way. My people don't like it when they're not capitalized. Err ... I mean, what?

lol @ the bsg question. i tink it's just an actress thing. one cuts, easier for them all to have similar hair.

and you have meetings on fridays?! thats nuts. people here know that people wont attend a meeting if its on a friday lol, so they dont do it! or they have it in the morning.

Friday meetings suck. They're just not fun. At all. Pooh.

We have no boss today so no Friday meeting for us. :)

I'm glad Cole is better.

I'm glad to hear Cole is doing better.

LT went to school with red hair today. Yes, we dyed his hair red with that temporary color mousse stuff for "crazy hair" day today. It actually looks pretty cool!

What's this iPod project you're working on?

I'm trying to listen to every song on my iPod between July 1st and the end of the year. I only have 99 songs left to listen to, so it shouldn't be too hard.

In your iTunes Library or on your iPod? And you have to listen to the whole song? No stopping it after you've heard enough?
Sunday, November 19th, 2006 10:40 pm (UTC)
It can be on either my iPod or through my iTunes. Yes, I have to listen to the entire song. no stopping, no fast forwarding. I'm slightly crazy, aren't I?

No. Not if it's something you really want to do it isn't. :)
