Oops. I got caught up in a book and didn't realize how late it was getting. I know. Stuff like that never happens to me. I'm sacrificing myself for the "Read 'Til Your Eyes Bleed" reading challenge that I ... umm, challenged myself to. I just finished my 46th book and I'm positive I can hit 50 books read by the end of January.
I know that a lot of books but I'm going to lose some of my prime reading time when I start my job and I'm gorging myself on books right now to make up for it. Plus, I like to say things like "I read 50 books last month" when I'm out in public. Because that doesn't make me sound like a hermit with a socialization disorder.
Yeah. Exactly.
Okay. Books.
Book #45 - The Mysterious Lady Law by Robert Appleton - A nice, steampunky mystery with murder and other dastardly goings on!
Book #46 - Pack of Lies (Paranormal Scene Investigations #2) by Laura Anne Gilman - Holy TOLEDO! I loved this book. I was like some weird crack head over the last few chapters. I couldn't stop reading. I couldn't do anything except soak up the words. It was fantastic and a little frightening to be sucked in like that.
So there you have it. I read. A lot. As usual.
Later.
