Stop the presses, people! oddmonster and I are writing awesome Zombie Apocalypse fic set in Morgan Hill. I was going to save mine for NaNoWriMo, but Odd was just whacked enough to start writing it and invite me to join in. How can I resist? It's a Zombie Apocalypse! Boo-yah!

I was planning on going to the Renaissance Faire with Cole this weekend but it's hovering in the mid 90s. Umm, no thanks. We also have the Taste of Morgan Hill going on this weekend, which I wanted to take a stroll through, but the same thing that's keeping me from the Ren Faire is hindering my enjoyment of a city-wide street fair. Heat, oh how I loathe you.

Randomly, I've been tweeting from Hailey's soccer games the last few weeks and I noticed a serious Zombie theme running through those tweets. So today was officially Zombie Watch during the game. Check it!
I also started tweeting during Supergator, but apparently other people were too. I don't like when people do the same things I do.

I need to finish reading A Great and Terrible Beauty. Tomorrow's the last day of the read-a-thon and it's the last book I committed to read.
