I got my book review site up and running. More or less. It's still going through some major tweaking and it might end up changing in a big way before I'm totally happy with it, but ...
UF/YA Paranormal Book Reviews
Oh, and I'm not real keen on the name but I panicked and that's what popped out. Sometimes I work well under pressure, sometimes I don't. This was one of those don't times.
So, besides getting the template heading toward something I want, I christened it with its first review.
Book #175 - Waking the Witch (Women of the Otherworld #11) by Kelley Armstrong
I have some things that I'm running across with blogger that I'm not real keen on. I've been with Livejournal for 6 years now and they do make things very easy in regards to navigating to the different elements for posting and editing your journal styles. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but it seems like the only way to get back to my dashboard is to click on the little blogger icon. Not difficult, by any means, but I'm not used to it and I keep looking for my little "user profile" link. Which does not exist. Boo.
I like the Google Connect feature, although I totally don't get why blogs I'm following don't show up on my dashboard reading pane. It's kinda annoying if I have to add each blog I follow individually. What's the point in the friend connect if it doesn't do it for you?
Anyway. I'm still playing around with it. It's equal parts annoying and fun to go in and try something that I have no clue with. It's making me use my brain. O_o That may be a bad thing.
Writing stuff:
I managed to get a little bit done today. I'm just stalling out whenever I sit down to write. I like it better when the words flow out of me like so much written diarrhea. Lovely imagery, I know. Just go with it.

Escaping guys, meet rescuing guys. Get together, have a drink. Remember that you're all on the same side.
I'm 26 chapters into this beauty. O_o Seriously, this is more than I've ever written on one continuous thing. I love it.
I'm done now.
Later.
