Book #50 - No Humans Involved by Kelley Armstrong - This author has definitely become one of my current favorites. She consistently writes books that I CAN'T PUT DOWN! This is her (I want to say) 7th book in the Women of the Otherworld series (but I'm not positive if it's actually the 7th or if my brain is just sleep deprived) which revolves around witches, vampires, werewolves and various demons. The series is dark and sexy and is one I don't mind getting lost in.
I'm not sure how much sense I made up yonder, but you'll have to excuse me because I'm INCREDIBLY tired. I couldn't fall asleep last night and I didn't have time to stop for coffee this morning. I was actually doing okay until lunch when the act of sitting and doing nothing wiped me out. Fun stuff, folks. To be honest, I'm so tired at the moment that I had to put down my book (GASP) because the words weren't making as much sense as they should. When you have to read the same paragraph three times to figure out what's going on in a book you've already read ... that's just sad.
I'm almost out of books again. *sigh* I think I'm going to stop by Best Buy tomorrow to buy a few movies. It's Cole's last day of school and I have the day off. Sadly, that means that I'll have to work on Saturday. I will be thrilled (THRILLED) when my new assistant finishes up the hiring process and I don't have to work every other Saturday.
I'm not quite sure what I'm saying anymore.
