I'm counting on you guys!

Book #32 - Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman - This is one of those books that's so dense and imaginative that you can't help but marvel over it. I get the feeling that my second reading (which won't be this week, but which will happen some day) will uncover all sorts of deep descriptions that passed me by this time. So, what's this story about? you ask. Well, Charlie, a normal guy, finds out that his recently deceased father is actually one of the ancient gods of ancient stories and that he has a brother that he never knew existed. A brother who's a little MORE than Charlie ever thinks he can be. Welcome to some wacky fun.

My sneezing has reached unprecedented heights today. Blech.

I'm just curious ... does anybody know where my weekend went? I can't believe it's Sunday evening already. I have to make Cole's lunch for tomorrow. which reminds me - Heather and I went crazy at Trader Joe's today. We bought all sorts of fruits and veggies and Cole absolutely loves the whole wheat bagel chips. This is exciting to me since I'm trying to make him healthier lunches and I've been having a heck of a time finding healthy things that he'll eat. I actually feel like both of us ate very well today. Lots of fruits (OMG! Trader Joe's pre-sliced organic apples are so easy and good!) and veggies.

I'm behind on TV shows. Again. *shrug* I guess I'll eventually get caught up.
