The Resolution Round-Up Fairy wants me to let everyone know that Book # 20 (of 50) has been read and enjoyed. Pegasus in Flight by Anne McCaffrey is honestly one of my favorite books of all time. It's set in a future that's neither too far away nor too sci-fi-esque to be improbable. A sequel to To Ride Pegasus, it picks up the story several generations in the future where overcrowding has become a global problem and the Talents of the world have finally been accepted into the mainstream. This book begins the storyline that spawns another sequel and an additional series of five books. I'm always amazed when I read this one how incredibly Anne McCaffrey weaves elements into the story that crop up as major plot-drivers in later books. She is an absolute master in that regard.
Anyway.
I'm almost ashamed to admit that I passed the bulk of my day hunting down things to watch on You Tube. Yes, Saturday work days suck ass. Especially if you have nothing to do.
I'm off.
