Feeling blah yesterday had some advantages (I came home from work around 10:30-ish), I made some icons. I'll probably post them tonight when I get home, but here's my favorite Shaun of the Dead one! Woot!

Okay, still not feeling 100% peachy keen, but I'll survive. And maybe *just maybe* I'll be able to polish up the Firefly story I finished the other day and post it. Somehow, I don't think that's going to get done for a few days, but a girl can dream. Can't she?

Grapevine Wine and other oddities ...

Do you ever have one of those days where you feel okay in the morning but you start feeling like crap as the day wears on? *raises hand* I'm having one of those days right this very moment. I've had customers mention that I look awful. I've had the manager tell me that I should go home if I need to. I have people tiptoeing around me. It would be funny if I didn't feel so damn bad.

Anyway. Here's some trivia for those of you that don't live in the Bay Area (those of us that do probably already know this), the news reported last night that we've had 23 days of rain in March. That ties the previous record and we still have 2 days left. That's a freaking lot of rain. I almost have to ask myself if I'm still in Seattle.

FYI - resist the urge to eat hashbrowns from Burger King when you're stomach doesn't feel all that great. Expecially the new ones that have cheese baked right in.

Btw, I really enjoyed Veronica Mars last night. Sadly, I seemed to have given up on Lost since I haven't watched the last 6 or 7 episodes. I'm a little bummed about this because the buzz on the street is saying that the eps are getting very fun to watch again.

I want to make more icons. Shaun of the Dead and King Kong. Word!
