I just finished Goblet of Fire. Now, I haven't read the book in a while (I think I read it right before the 6th book came out ... or did I?) but I really enjoyed it. I'm not going to say more than that, but I liked it and would be totally willing to watch it again. And again. :)
Onto my day. It was one of those borderline sucky days. I felt horrible this morning. I seem to have the cold from hell. Literally from hell. It clawed it's way up through a crack in the fabric of space and time and attached itself to me. I sound like a frog. I totally can't sing at the moment. I'm so perpetually tired it's pathetic. Anyway. I made myself go to work since there was NO ONE else there today with a decent approval limit (damn those customers for wanting to deposit large checks) and because the person who occasionally comes by the branch to make sure that I'm doing things correctly was coming by today. Needless to say, I was a zombie this morning. Things got better once my advil kicked in but started going downhill once the advil wore off. I told my manager that I was probably going to take tomorrow off. Heh. Anyway. The lady who checks my work brought her boss and they were at my branch for over 3 hours. That's a long time. I didn't get to take a lunch since I had to take care of them and I was hungry by the time I went home.
Did I mention that I'm taking tomorrow off? It's kinda sad that I'm already taking a day off when I haven't even been back from my two week vacation for a week. Did that make sense?
Cole wants me to watch TV with him. What? Tomorrow's a day off for both of us. Conferences. Woot!
