Question this, question that.

I have a question for all my lovely friends who don't live in California - Do non-California dwellers wear open-toed shoes year round? Why? Well, I only own open-toed shoes (excluding my boots, which I don't wear that often) and today my toes were freaking freezing. Freezing. Admittedly I didn't feel real great today and I was wearing two sweaters and a jacket inside the bank, but I don't think I've been as cold as I was today in quite some time. My poor, abused toes. I guess I need to break down and buy some new (cloes-toed) shoes.
