It's really hot. On top of the disgusting heat, I'm hungry but I'm so sick of pizza that I can't formulate words. Sick.of.it. We've been eating pizza since Cole's party last saturday and now we have another set of leftovers from Hailey's party yesterday. Pizza is becoming the bane of my existence. It's becoming by arch-nemesis. I don't want to eat pizza. I don't. I therefore made my mom buy real meat when we went to Costco earlier today. Tri-tip and sausage and chicken. Oh, my. Anything that wasn't pizza. Please. I beg of you. No more pizza. Also, cake is beginning to reach a level of yuck that I don't want to think about. Two parties in two weekends is too much!

Speaking of Costco, I completely love seeing what other people are buying as we stand in line! Love it! Today there was a couple who had a flatbed and a cart filled with alcohol and electronics. Oh, and tennis balls. I'm not sure how those fit in, but they were buying them. Their bill came to almost $2000. That's a lot of money to be spending on DVD players and booze. I'm just saying. Yes, I'm incredibly nosy. I know.

I tried to nap earlier, but I didn't do all that well at it. Yes, the heat. It's a soul sucking demon. Grr.

Fandom ... I've finished The X-Files season 8. I loved that they were all new to be. Mostly. I mean, I can't help it if I've seen bits and pieces of almost every episode. I didn't know how they were going to end and that's what counts. I'm nearly 100% certain that I haven't seen any of season 9. That's worth something. Isn't it?

I also watched Ultraviolet yesterday. I'm not sure what to say about it. I liked it, but I think it could have been more. It could have been more defined. No, that's not it. I just don't know what I'm trying to say. It was pretty. It had some cool effects. Oh, nevermind.

Enough out of me.
Toodles.

I also liked Ultraviolet, but thought that it should have been more thematic. Was it about her wanting to be a mother... or about how an evil government was secretly killing all those people? They needed to pick one.

Sepra!!!

Maybe that was my problem ... the story wouldn't settle on one thing. I still liked it. It had all the elements that make it one I'm destined to adore ... Milla, vampires, pretty colors. You get the point.

I think we are agreeing on the same things. My bf hated the movie and left the room while I was still watching. But he does that with bad SciFi Channel movies too, and you and I both like those. :)

See, I knew there was a reason I liked you!
