I have seen Pirates and I have one thing to say ... Scruffy!Norrington is HOT! Just, yum. Oh, and I really liked the movie. Pirates! Yay!

Okay. I ended up cutting out of work at 11:30 today. I'm so bad! But I really wanted to go to the movies with my friends and I somehow justified it in my mind. Also, it took kimbrchick and I 45 minutes to drive home. 45 minutes. Now I remember why I don't like commuting. Lots of people. Lots and lots of cars. *sob* I was scared.

Cole wants me to play Super Ninjas with him. I'm not quite sure what that is or how we play it, but here goes.

hey! so we went to the theater last nite and saw the gigantic line for the 7:30 show (it was about 6:50) then we looked over and saw the already forming long line for the 8:15 and i decided to wait until monday to see it cause at that point we hadn't even eaten yet. so we went to mexicali grill ate way too much food and shared a pitcher of sangria. and by share i mean 85%/15%. so monday is the day.

in other news, target is selling old-timey board games in wooden boxes, i have purchased 5 of the 7. i still need stratego and risk. i don't know what stratego is, but if it comes in an old-timey wooden box, i'm buying it. i also bought bridget jones diary.

how was coles birthday? i was just thinking about it, i met him when he was 4. i can't believe he is 7 already! i have his present, i guess we'll have to plan sometime next week to get together so i can formally present it to him. would you be interested in seeing pirates again on monday maybe?

we are heading up to folsom tonite for kurts niece jordans birthday party tomorrow (that is a very awkward sentence). she is turning 3. when we asked her what she wanted, she just said candles. so that's what we got, about 20 candles. and some finger puppets. and a little backpack that looks like a dog. some people might say that giving a 3 year old a bunch of candles is a bad idea, those people would be wrong.
