Ahhh ... Monday. As I said to one of my bankers this morning ... "Dude! I'm having such a day." And I didn't mean that in a good way. Well, golly gee! There's nothing like a dinner of cheese, crackers and salami. Like I said ... I'm having such a day.

Okay. Weekend recap!
Saturday - nothing says lovin' like being with your friends watching movies all day. [livejournal.com profile] jenahna, [livejournal.com profile] kimbrchick and I (along with Jenn's son and Cole) hung out at Jenn's all day for what I have dubbed "The First Annual Holiday Gathering" or something along those lines. We watched all three LotR extended edition DVDs and ate and ate and ate. It was wonderful and fun and I'm hoping that it's a tradition we can continue. Basically, Cole adn I got home after midnight and were wiped out. However, I wasn't allowed to sleep in the next day because ...

Sunday - Heather and I wanted to go shopping at WalMart hellaciously early. So, I got up at 7, threw on some clothes and the two of us trundled out to do some Christmas shopping. We're still not done, btw. Which is surprising to me since I'm ALWAYS done early. Anyway. We were also celebrating Amb's brithday on Sunday, so we went up to my grandma's house and ate and ate and ate ... is anyone else sensing a theme for this weekend? Cole was bratty and got in trouble (he nearly didn't get any cake) and we looked at Christmas lights on the way home. Yay!

So, that was my weekend. It was. It went. It's now Monday. Bummer. The only good news is that I'm going to be getting a random day off next week. I just have to pick the day. Woot!

But enought about me. No, really. Bye.

Continuity: When Neo is being shot and is subsequently "killed" there is a shot showing the cartridges leaving the Smith's pistol. One of the cartridges is clearly a spent blank with crimping rather than a spent live bullet cartridge.

(great. so what this tells me is neo really didn't die, just blanks? what's next, leo didn't really die in titanic?)

Continuity: When Rose "lets Jack go" into the water, just before his eyes go under, you can see his eye flinch, indicating that he's not really dead, and just acting.

(great)

Wait. WAIT! You're saying that those actors are just ACTING?!?!?! Oh, god! Why, Brandon? Why?

Continuity: When changing clothes at Bobby's house, Rogue apparently wasn't wearing a bra under her nightgown (and it isn't likely that Bobby gave her one), but when she later absorbs Pyro's powers on the porch, a bra strap is clearly visible on her right shoulder.

(how do they NOT know bobby didn't give rogue a bra? maybe he gave her one of his own.)

Continuity: When the dumbasses who submit this stuff try to go out into the real world, they're going to be laughed at because they're freaking DORKS!

I'm still stunned that Leo didn't die at the end of Titanic! I mean ... I'm not sure I can watch that movie ever again now that I know that.

We should definitely make that an annual thing. Like, oh, the 4th annual Jenn, Kel, and Kim Holiday get together is on this day this year. You know what I mean, lol.

Dennis is downstairs starting Episode 3 and I'll join him in a min. Thanks. :)

If we make it a holiday thing we can get together for every single holiday ... It's the 9th annual holiday gathering on Groundhog Day! Ha! I've always had a special place in my heart for Arbor Day, so I call that one! lol
