Life in the fast lane
I had every intention of journalling last night but I ended up feeling like crap yesterday afternoon and basically crashed as soon as I got home from work. Why did I feel like crap? you ask. Good question. It could have been the 2 (yes, 2) Starbucks trips I made yesterday morning (Chai Tea Latte first and a Gingerbread Latte second). It could have been that I didn't eat anything yesterday morning (note to all those moms out there ... I promise that it won't happen again!). By the time my lunch rolled around I felt vaguely nauseous and dizzy. On the other hand, it could have been because I slept horribly Wednesday night (I kept waking up thinking that there was someone in my room. Someone or something!).
I feel better today. Of course, today IS friday and I get off early because I have Cole's conference to attend. Getting off early always makes my days a little brighter. Woot!
For the record, I totally won the latest bet between
ebarnon and myself. I scored a Star Wars cook book (known as "The Wookiee Cookie Cook Book" for those of us in the loop) out of it. Rock on, me!
I guess I should start working.
Later.

1. glad you're feeling better.
2. at least you'll get better use out of the cookbook than 'the troubled life of the other hobbit, sean astin'.
CACD.
