I swear to you that my brain's going to explode. I swear it. The one day I have enough people so that I don't have to work on the teller line my assistant calls in sick. This is the second time this has happened to me in two weeks. Although it wasn't my assistant who called in sick last week it was a teller. The point of this pointless ramble? I have to be a teller. Again. Even though I should have had today to do real managerial stuff. Gah.

In other news, I watched The Ring 2 last night. It wasn't really scary. Not like the first one. I mean, the first one I had to stop halfway through because I thought something was going to come out of the TV to steal my soul and devour me. Fun. I finished it the next day in broad daylight where bad, bad things can't get you. In conclusion, The Ring = scary, The Ring 2 = not so much.

Just for the record (because I like to make it official in more than one place), [livejournal.com profile] ebarnon and I have a bet going that I can't finish 9 loaner DVDs before the end of the year. These include movies as well as a couple seasons of TV shows. I have already finished off two of the movies and one of the seasons and started on another season. I so rock. The wager? One season of a TV show of the winner's choice. I'm thinking I'm going to choose either Dark Angel season 2 or Battlestar Galactica. Hee!

That is all.

You'll win and yay you'll get a free season of TV! :)
HI KELLY.
I have been thinking that it's been WAY too long since we've talked and/or hung out.
Dammit.

Yes, a free season of anything will be cool. And I will win!
I was thinking that I haven't seen you in a while also. Although my next couple weekends are crappy and not free. Unless ... what are you doing on Veteran's Day? Working? Because if you happen to have it free ... Cole and I have the day off. Woot! Let me know!

Alex has it off - but I have to work of course. And that Saturday is his last soccer game and a big ice cream social afterwards. And then the next weekend we're meeting Deb and LT in Morro Bay.

But what about Sunday the 13th? I mean you guys could come up early in the day for several hours, no?
