Zombies and me

Once again I find myself being lax about journalling on the weekend. Why? Well, because I was totally busy watching TV.

Things I did (in no particular order):
Finished season 1 of Lost.
Watched through episode 17 of season 6 of The X-Files.
Watched Land of the Dead.
Cleaned my room and other boring stuff.

Now, the good news is that Land of the Dead did not scare the pants off me and cause me to have scary, scary, scary zombie dreams. Which reminds me that I forgot to mention that a couple of days ago I had an utterly terrifying dream about walking through a house and approching a window which I couldn't see through because it was completely dark outside. All of a sudden a hand reaches through the window and grabs my face. I woke up with my heart POUNDING. It was one of those moments where I had to check to make sure that I wasn't really standing in front of a window with a hand attached to my face and/or coming towards me to rip my face off. Sometimes I find my subconcious disturbing.

Now, I have only 5 episodes remaining for season 6 of XF. Can I finish it today? Perhaps. I am, however, completely willing to try. Just to recap ...
6.13 Agua Mala - Umm... I'm not quite sure what to say about this one. It's fun to watch, but it's not earth shattering. It didn't make me laugh out loud. Or yell at Mulder to GET OUT OF THERE. It was just a filler episode.
6.14 Monday - Incredibly entertaining. I like that the replays of the day had little differences every time. I loved Mulder's waterbed springing that gusher of a leak. I liked Scully and Mulder's discussion about deja vu.
6.15 Arcadia - I looooove the Mulder/Scully interactions. "The thrill is gone." "Scully, you just want to play house. Woman! Get in the kitchen and make me a san'wich. *pause* Did you not here me?" Oh, those two!
6.16 Alpha - Once again, nothing earth shattering, but still fun and a little creepy.
6.17 Trevor - "I want what's mine". I remembered this episode from my original watchings but I only remembered it once I was watching it. So, filler.

I'm not looking forward to work this next week. Or the one after that. Or the one after that. I am taking off Halloween day even though I'm not taking off my two weeks in November. I promised Cole I would come to his Halloween parade at school.
Okay. I'm out.

ok, we do NOT need a written recap of 'that nightmare'. and...scene. picture a hand thrust into my face suddenly as you acted it out. it's just one of those things you don't need to see twice in your lifetime.

nice x-files recaplets. i sent you some recommended books. if you happen to add them, i think i missed one. they were the guides for seasons 5-7. but i gots kinda confused of which ones i sent. just look at my list, if you're interested.

hmmm, doesn't sound like a boring weekend to me.

What's that? Didn't you like my other idea? The one about the flying creatures? At the end of the world? What are you saying? Although I like zombies quite a bit I think I'm going to stick with my original idea.
