In which the fate of all worlds hang in the balance ...
*unintelligible mumble* I fell asleep from 6-ish to 7 and now I feel all weird. I do however think that I'll be able to stay up for Prison Break now (which I was sure I wouldn't be able to to do earlier), so I guess it's a good thing.
You know, I've come to the conclusion that I suck at TV reviews. No, my reviews don't suck I just put them off and put them off until I can't remember any of the salient points of the episodes in question. This is exactly why I stopped recapping TV eps at Soulswallo. I'd put things off and get so far behind that catching up would be laughable and then I'd give shoddy reviews. Now, I know it's only been a couple of days but my SG1 review would go something like this ... While Daniel and the team fret about the loss of Cameron, Ben Browder gets to ACT! Also, Ben's pants are mighty tight. Or was that just my imagination? Eventually the cool warrior guy with the weird name believes that Ben is speaking truth about the Cancer Man and concocts a super!cool! plot to save both Ben and the traditions of his people. The end.
On a slightly more obsessed note I've watched SGA three times now. I'm sick. This review would go something like this ... Ronon. Yum. Sheppard. Yum. Ronon mumbling. Yum. Sheppard starting to mutate. Yum. See, even all bugged out Sheppard is cool. Anyway. Sheppard slips Teyla some tongue and turns Kel into a Shep/Tey shipper. I'm easy. Now Ronon just has to find himself a little vixen. Whee! Shep's Evil Hand tries to hurt his crew mates so he lops it off at the wrist. Omg! I'm so making that icon. "It got into my hand. Went bad. So I lopped it off at the wrist." Long live Bruce Campbell. Oh, and Shep didn't really lop it off. I made that up. Shep saves the day. Ronon gets to shoot him. The end.
And, of course, BSG ... Xena - lookin' good with the blond hair. Kara and Lee - looking good with the very few clothes. Sharon - Eek! Bloody hand! Do you think that she and Shep should do a crossover? Evil hands and the people who wear them! It would be a smash! If only I could get a shot of Ellen bound a gagged on the floor. Icon time. Because ... "Battlestar Galactica - Brought to you by Cheez-it". What? It could happen. Oh, and Gaeta? He's pretty hot. Also, the Cylons like movies. The end.
I think I went insane somewhere in the middle of that. Sorry.
