Crap. I'm trying to type in the dark. This does not bode well ...

Random BSG thoughts written down while watching. It probably doesn't make complete sense, but you'll get the drift ... (yes, I'm too lazy to do a real bullet post. Shut up.
.Starbuck is fucking hot.
.Eeee! The quick drums are back! And the preview of upcoming scenes!
.The golden light on Caprica somehow fits.
.Shout out to [livejournal.com profile] jenahna - Get above the ambient radiation.
.Adama!
.A week has passed since the last episode.
.Adama feels closer to the ground. Welcome to my world.
.Zarek is baaaaaad.
.Heh. Roslin can't make the tape recorder thing work. I can make things work.
.commerical break and I'm jotting down new story ideas in the middle of my BSG notes. Funny.
.Great camera work with Starbuck's scene in the hospital.
.Adama on Boomer - "She was more than that to us. She was more than that to me."
."You'll see her again, Chief. There are many copies. You'll see her again."
.Ack! Starbuck's childhood!
.24 ships jumped.
.Somewhere in there I forgot that I was taking notes and couldn't pull my eyes off the screen. Heh. That's some good TV.

[livejournal.com profile] jenahna and her son came over for the day. We watched BSG (Jenn for the first time, me for the second), Spanglish (surprisingly engaging), and The Frighteners. I also finished up Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere this morning (I'm still working on clearing out my not-yet-watched movies and that one's been sitting around for ages!). The thing about Neverwhere is that it has this creepy real-life quality that I relate to British TV. I like that glossy look that American shows (not of the reality variety) have. I don't know if I'm explaining it well. It just kinda distracts me when I start watching shows like that. Even Cole remarked that it looked different from shows we normally watch. Anyway. I finished it and it wasn't half bad.

I'm off.
