Yes, I still have a sore throat. I'm officially sick of it at this point. Technically I've only had it for two days (It started up Monday night) but it feels like much longer. Do you guys know how much yawning hurts? Neither did I. Until I did it. Ouch.

Despite my career ending injury, I went to get my hair done today. This is after I got into a text message fight with my hair dresser. It's a long story involving her changing my appointment to a later time to give that time slot to someone else and then telling me she had overbooked in the time she reslotted me into and could I come in later. No. I couldn't come in later. No. I don't want to wait until next week. Frankly, the fact that she took my original appointment that I made 5 weeks ago and gave it someone else out of the blue kinda peeves me. That's like saying, "Hey, Kel. You're just not as important as this other person. So sorry. Maybe next time you'll be lucky enough to keep the time I scheduled you for." WTF?!?! Not cool.

Anyway. I think she was trying to smooth things over because she managed to dig up the old color I used to use (the one that goes on HOT PINK!) and she got my hair to be bright and bold. Much better than the mid-range auburn she gave me last time. My scalp is currently hot pink, which amuses me, but the hair itself is a gorgeous shade of red.

So. Book stuff.
Book #157 - City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments #4) by Cassandra Clare - I was rather wordy in this review but it hits all the high points of things I liked. And I definitely liked this book.

I'm done now. I hope I have enough throat drops to make it through tomorrow.
Later.
