Did you see that?

We started our database rebuild today at work. There's two of us doing it and we have 260 units that we're essentially renting all at once. It's going a lot faster than I thought it would, mostly because we're only inputting the most basic information right now. If we think we need it, we can go back later and add more tenant info but I'm thinking that's really not going to happen.

I'm going to be honest, it's pretty boring work and we're finding a lot of weird stuff that the previous manager allowed (like people who hadn't signed a lease renewal since 2007) so that's tripping us up a bit. We input about 100 of the 260 today so we'll be done with it by the end of the week. This is good since we were aiming to have it all done before April 1st when the new rents start coming in.

Okay. That's my work-related talk for the day. Possibly you know more than you'll ever need to know about what I do when I'm not reading or tweeting at work.

Umm. That's all. That's it. I only finished one book today. Do you see how work is cutting into my reading time? Boo.
