Earlier this evening, Cole told me that he wants to go to the movies tomorrow. I'm cringing a bit and hoping he doesn't pick an epic war movie to watch. Because, you know, I'd have to find a way to gently dissuade him from that since that's exactly NOT the type of movie I have any interest in seeing. Did I ever tell you how my BFF #1 chose Saving Private Ryan as the move she wanted to see one year on her birthday? That movie may be fucking epic and all that but it scarred me. I can't watch those types of movies. I like my entertainment with a whole lot less reality.
Fortunately for me Cole asked if we could see I Am Number Four. I was like, YES! MOTHERFUCKING YES WE CAN SEE THAT MOVIE! THANK ALL MAJOR AND MINOR DEITIES! I LIKE ALEX PETTYFER!
Okay, I didn't actually say any of that, but that was my internal monologue when he asked.
So. I Am Number Four tomorrow. Awesome.
I have some book stuff from both today and yesterday. Look excited, will you?
Book #82 - The Chosen Sin by Anya Bast - I wasn't feeling the love for this book so much. Honestly, it kinda dragged. The upside? I read it so you don't have to.
Book #83 - Halfway to the Grave (Night Huntress #1) by Jeaniene Frost - Dear GOD! I loved this book. I even managed to throw in a comparison between my love for it and screaming Bieber fans in the review. Because I'm awesome like that.
Teaser Tuesday - I love that invariably I've finished and reviewed at least one of my Teaser Tuesday books by the time I post this here in the evening. ROCK ON!
I am done now.
Later.
