I have some minor insanity ...

Since it is November 1st (oh, hello, November!), I have some things that I want to talk about.

First off, the Halloween decorations have been picked up and boxed away. Like I said, I love Halloween but after a month of seeing the decorations up ... it's time for them to go. Until next year, my friends. Until next year.

Second: November 1st is the official kickoff of NaNoWriMo. That's right! At 11:59 last night I was limbering up my fingers and preparing for that moment when the clock kicked over to midnight so I could begin noveling. I only wrote for about an hour and a half last night but I've been hitting Word off and on all day today and I'm very pleased with my wordcount. Very pleased.


That's as of right now, mind you. I feel like I have enough mojo in me to hit 5K tonight. Boo-yah! I've already written more today than I did the entire month last year for NaNo.

And I did some bookish stuff. A little bit. Teeny, tiny.
30 days of books... Day 50 - I have no memory of writing this post. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BECOME OBSESSIVE ABOUT NANO!

Oh, before I forget ... The Walking Dead. Please tell me people are watching it. I thought it was FANTASTIC! Creepy, gruesome, bloody, sad. Basically, everything I expect in a show about the Zombie Apocalypse.

Okay. Back to writing before my muse decides to nap.
