Cole drew a pirate map earlier and he wanted me to burn the edges so that it looked old and pirate-y. So I did. Cut to a few minutes ago when the whole thing goes up in flames in my hands. Bwahahahahaha! I threw it with startling accuracy into the sink and turned the water on. Currently, Cole is drawing a new map.

Speaking of pirates (this really has nothing to do with pirates), the fam went to the pumpkin patch this morning. We have PUMPKINS! That means that Halloween is just around the corner! Woot!

Besides the pumpkin patch and almost lighting various things on fire, I haven't done much. I took a nap. Word.

Ohmigod! I almost forgot that I was tooling around at Amazon and they have Voltron! Voltron!!! I loved that show when I was a kid. I used to watch that and Robotech almost religiously. I think I'm going to have a buy it. Cole must be exposed to the wonders of early Japanese animation. Yes!

I'm off to watch some TV with the boy.
