Give 'em hell!

*sigh* The three-day weekend is nearly over. Boo. Work ... work ... yeah, what else can be said about that? I'm going to have a weird work week. Off today, regular day tomorrow, extra long day on Wednesday, open the branch on Thursday and then head home and regular day on Friday. Am I excited about this? Not really. Oh, well. It is what it is.

I've almost listened to all the new songs I added to my iPod recently. Awesome. We all know how I like to keep my music fully listened to at all times. Yes, we do.

kimbrchick made her way over to my house today. We watched Lake Placid (ha! Still lovin' it!) and Stargate (the movie), both of which Kim hadn't seen before. I still want her to see the Terminator movies, but those will have to wait until I haven't watched them recently. I'm also a terrible hostess and only allowed her to eat popcorn and cookies. Seriously, can you tell I'm trying to eat better? Because half the time, I can't.

Speaking of eating well, I think the fam's planning on having mint chocolate chip ice cream soon. I can't miss that.

Ouch! A piece of wood just got jabbed into my finger. That hurts!
