That's right ... barbeque!

It's my niece's 3rd birthday today! Happy Birthday, Hailey! It's also one of my older sister's birthday. Happy Birthday, Tracy!
For those who are wondering, the fam (or at least those that are both in the country and in San Jose) gathered at the house and ate barbeque and cake and watched the little booger open presents. I marinated the chicken and it was gooooood.

Cole and I also took today off. Why? Because. Because I was achy from my long day yesterday. Because I appear to be a pushover when my boy tells me that his stomach hurts. *hangs head in shame* Because I had errands to run. Which reminds me ... I have this thing on my leg that I thought was a bug bite but just didn't seem to be getting better. I called the advice nurse today and I'm told that it sounds like ring worm. Gross. I'm all fungal.

*shakes it off*

Good thing they've made strides in topical ointments now-a-days.

I have completely grossed myself out with talk of my fungus. I'm going to go now.
