More house cleaning, but I'm not calling anyone a "Lady". Okay?

Try to hold back the tears until your child is out of sight. Preferably in the classroom. I was able to do it when Cole started Kindergarten. I wasn't able to do it when he started preschool. I sobbed like a baby. Seriously. I just looked up at the teacher and apologized with tears dripping down my face. What a sap.
That's pretty much all of my advice. Oh, and pack a good lunch. That's important.
Now, I got my invite yesterday to the Lake Tahoe trip that the bank puts on. It's some time in September (

Since we're talking about Cole ... He is so darn sick right now. He's sleeping on the couch at the moment, but he was throwing up something fierce last night. All over my bed. You moms out there know what that's like. Gross. I love doing laundry at 10 at night. Especially when it involves vomit of some type.
Onward. I have the urge to buy something out of my favorite catalog. Amy Brown has some great sculptures ("The Kiss", "Winter Solstice" and "Eclipse") in there that catch my fancy. I also love her "Cloak of Stars" glass panel. It's just so pretty. See, I was thinking of adding pictures so you all could see what I like but it seemed like too much work.
I think I have to take care of my boy.
Later.

Oh.my.gods. There are some really bad icons out there. Sure, there are some really good ones, but there are some really bad ones also. Just a word of advice ... To whom ever I just ran across (can't remember who and can't remember where) - Please don't icon Batman Returns ever again. Once upon a time I used to like that movie. (shut up, I did like it) You might have ruined it for me. Thank you, Kelly.
