Wow! Sci Fi sure does show some stinkers. You might be thinking to yourself, "But, Kel, doesn't Sci Fi always show stinkers?" Well, I say Pshaw to that! Heck, I've seen such gems as Terminal Invasion (Bruce Campbell lovers of the world ... UNITE!), Anonymous Rex (okay, that one kinda sucked), Alien Cargo (What? I think Jason London's hot), Epoch (What was that movie about again? ... Kinda sad to think that I just watched it last night and I can't remember the plot) ... yeah, it appears that my taste in movies runs toward the cheesy, low-budget variety. As if we didn't all know that already.

Yet, I'm still tempted to watch as many hours of bad sci fi movies that I can humanly cram into one weekend. I'm sick and twisted ... Hahahahahaha! That Burger King commercial where Vader is facing off against the Burger King guy and they're both just standing there staring at one another ... Comedy Gold! The question of the hour is ... which is scarier - Darth Vader, the Sith Lord who can kill you with a thought, or the plastic head Burger King guy? Yep, my vote goes to the Burger King guy. He's just creepy. And remember ... I'd never, ever want to meet him in a dark alley. Just because. You know, like I wouldn't want to meet a giant mutant spider in a dark alley. Or Mike Tyson. Or a swarm of bees. Or a contortionist. Or ... yeah, I've tapped my last ounce of creativity to come up with the thought of meeting a contortionist in a dark alley. Which is honestly a weird thought. And a true thought. *shudder*

Onward. Since I'm now the proud owner of seasons 1-7 of The X-Files I figured that I should probably get farther than halfway through season 1 (which is where I stalled out at a couple of weeks ago). So, I watched an ep tonight. However, my XF marathon was cut short by the awesomeness of the Sci Fi Memorial Day Marathon (which lasts the whole weekend ... go figure). I could watch another episode once I finish up here, but I don't think I will. Whee!

It's late. I get up early. Even when I don't have to.
So long. Farewell. *fade out as I mangle a language besides english for once*
