Pointless, pointless story, but I feel it needs to be said.

I was watching TV last night and one of those Burger King commercials came on. It's the one where the guy looks out his window and the King (not Elvis, the Burger King King) is standing there and he hands the guy some sort of breakfast sandwich. I have a couple of things to say about that ... Guys with big, plastic heads are the stuff nightmares are born from. They're right up there on the creepy meter with clowns. Who the fuck thought it would be a good marketing ploy to scare the crap out of me? Big, plastic head guy does not make me want to buy a breakfast sandwich from Burger King. He makes me want to cower fetally under my covers until he goes far, far away. Frankly, if these commercials keep up I'm going to have severe psychological damage. Severe! I'll shriek incoherently if I ever see one of them on the street. It won't be pretty.

Oh, and BSG was excellent last night. I loved the ending. I loved the action. I loved everything except that I have to wait until July for new episodes. Boo.

I'm going through all my junk and trying to figure out what I'm going to keep and what I'm going to sell at next week's garage sale. Fun.
