Cole and I went up to visit ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jenahville and her son on Saturday. We had a good time, watched a couple of movies (it took us FIVE hours to finish Kingdom of Heaven! OMG!Funny!), and had an all-around good time. The funny part happened when Cole and I left ... The onramp to the freeway was closed and we were being detoured through the middle of NOWHERE to the next closest onramp. As anyone who has ever driven with me can vouch, I have zero sense of direction. Absolutely none. So, I'm driving through the untamed wilderness and I figure that this "detour" is all a plot to stuff me with apple pie and make my car die near the creepy orchard with the even creepier scarecrow that's going to come alive and skin me and leave me for dead but I wouldn't actually die because that would be too damn easy! Fortunately, none of the above happened and I did find the freeway with a minimum of difficulty.
So, that was Saturday. Now we'll move onto Sunday. What did I do? Umm ... I took a three hour nap ... while watching Stargate:Atlantis. Which I then rewatched once I woke up. Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with me. Normal people don't sleep all day. Normal people don't want to sleep all day. Or do they? By my grand tally I watched 1 episode of Space: Above and Beyond, the equivilent of 7 episodes of SGA (but I kinda sorta slept through 2 of the eps), 2 episodes of Firefly and a whole lot of the Sci Fi channel. Yes, I do love my Sci Fi channel. In conclusion, I'm lazy and can watch a lot of TV.
