I sat down to write this about a half hour ago ... and then I got called away to do some real work. Blah. Here some completely random things that happened to me since yesterday's journal...
1. One of the every-day customers who comes in told me that my hair color was very flattering. I told her that she could come back and tell me that whenever she wanted.
2. I went to the most boring damn dinner you can imagine last night. Fortunately I took Cole and he and I snuck out early with the excuse that he needed to take a bath and finish his homework. Yes, I love having a child that I can use as an excuse to get out of boring-ass work dinners.
3. I went to Best Buy this week and didn't buy a thing. I so rock.
4. Mountain Dew = ambrosia.
I had more to say but I keep getting distracted.
